MetVal property management systems
MetGovis’s software suite of property management systems, known in the market as MetVal, is used by 40 municipalities and valuers across South Africa. MetVal has set the benchmark for legislatively-compliant programs capable of managing the entire valuation and rating process from data collection to successful billing and online viewing.
